What areas do you cover?
We focus on Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Munich, but we work across Germany. Outside those four markets travel is added, quoted up front and never billed afterwards. For ongoing development projects, fixed nationwide arrangements can be agreed.
How long does a shoot take?
A standard flat takes one to two hours, depending on size and how much styling it needs. Larger commercial or luxury properties, especially with drone and film, take three to six. Bigger productions such as 3D visualisation or construction tracking run across several visits.
How quickly do I get the images?
Photos normally within 24 to 48 hours. Express is available on request. Film, tours and brochure material take two to seven days depending on scope. Development projects with CGI take longer, because modelling and rendering do.
Can you include our branding?
Yes. Floor plans, brochure material and property sites are delivered with your logo and colours. Under a volume agreement we set a consistent visual language across your whole portfolio, so listings from your office are recognisable.
What floor plans and property data can you produce?
2D and 3D plans, furnished or empty, with room-by-room areas, plus site and storey plans. Measurement happens during the photo visit, no second supplier and no second appointment.
Do you work with developers?
Yes, and differently from single listings. Projects are covered across the timeline: visualisation before ground-breaking, progress capture at fixed intervals, timelapse, handover documentation and marketing imagery at sales launch. Priced by project, not per image.
